<p>华为是全球领先的信息与通信技术(ICT)解决方案供应商,消除数字鸿沟,促进经济、环境和社会的和谐与可持续发展是华为一直以来的可持续发展愿景。为此,华为不仅支持联合国可持续发展目标的实现,还同时与供应链上下游的客户和供应商密切合作,致力于构建一个可持续的、更美好的全联接世界。</p><p>华为验厂在合理通知的情况下,华为将CSR(社会责任管理体系)纳入采购业务全流程,包括物料认证、供应商的认证、选择、日常管理、绩效评估、退出的全生命周期管理,将CSR(社会责任管理体系)纳入供应商的绩效考核。对于CSR(社会责任管理体系)表现好的供应商,华为公司在同等条件下提高采购份额,优先提供业务合作机会;对于CSR(社会责任管理体系)表现差,尤其是违反CSR(社会责任管理体系)红线要求的供应商,华为公司要求限期整改,同时降低采购份额或限制业务合作机会,直到取消合作。</p><p>华为验厂准则包含五个部分:劳工工资工时、员工健康和安全、企业环境保护、企业商业道德以及管理体系。</p><p>华为官方禁止供应商发生腐败和不诚信事件,做到“不关联、不行贿、不以次充好、不偷工减料、不弄虚作假、不商业欺诈、信守承诺”,即“六不一守”。详见《诚信廉洁承诺书》/《诚信廉洁协议》。</p><p>华为验厂一般验三个部分,品质两项,人权一项</p><p>审核前</p><p>1. 工厂完成新供应商/工厂评估表</p><p>2. 华为安排工厂审核</p><p>3. 审核员联系您的工厂和供应商安排审核的窗口时间/日期</p><p>审核</p><p>4. 审核员根据华为供应商行为守则审核员进行验厂</p><p>5. 工厂同意整改计划(CAP)和不符点(NCs)的整改时间表</p><p>审核后</p><p>6. 工厂开始整改</p><p>7. 审核员将整改计划和审核报告发给华为</p><p><br/></p>
